Furthermore, such training is not limited to theory. With case studies or exercises at the end of each module, it helps you better master your knowledge and put it into practice. Some of the intermediate lessons in the certificate seemed to avoid taking a real stance in support of minority groups and voices, playing "both sides." The accessibility of self-paced courses hosted on Articulate Rise 360 ​​needs to be addressed, as a large amount of white text on a light blue background does not meet ADA color contrast expectations. Additionally, certain blocks in Rise 360 ​​are not accessible to keyboard users. These inaccessible characteristics are hard to miss in a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging certificate. In general, the certificate provided a large amount of information that must be taken into account to a large extent. However, I wonder if it's worth the price based on the animated nature of the lessons and the inaccessible elements.

The program is for beginners and I assumed we would learn with a little to no experience mindset. But the programs are still relatively easy to follow. It was good but I prefer face to face

I just completed my first certificate and I plan to do more as this certificate trained me in many areas of HR that I needed. I would recommend AIHR to anyone interested in expanding their HR knowledge.

In theory, this program compares very well with other HR certifications I have received in the past. Also, I would rate this program highly in terms of relevance, as after working as an HRBP for over 15 years, I can say with a clear conscience that the concepts align very well with the day-to-day problems of an HRBP. Kudos to Erik and his team for running a complete program.

The exam was much more difficult than I expected. By comparison, I found the exams incredibly easy and I didn't prepare adequately for the exam. I downloaded and consulted the materials during the exam and still felt lost. Also, there were 41 questions on the test, but the true/false list only had 40.

That was a great program! The only complaint is that when I used the app to work through the lessons/modules and quizzes, it didn't seem to register that I had completed them. When I got back to the computer, I found that I still had a few modules to fill out that I had already done in the app.

My experience with AIHR was good. The platform is very easy to use and they have spent a lot of time creating informative courses with great views. Not all of this applies to my organization or situation, but it should, as HR is never one size fits all.

Every speaker has a brilliant mind and every lesson has plenty of examples to trust and look at, but some pronunciations of some words make it a bit hard to understand, but that's only in some cases. Be sure to read the lesson outline as you go through the lesson so that you can read the predicted words that were used. Overall, I learned a lot, loved the experience I had, and will continue to learn all the other programs that AIHR offers.

This is a great course for any C&B or Total Rewards specialist, especially those who have been in this space for a while and are stuck at certain points. Pretty advanced for a total newbie. I believe AIHR is what every HR professional in this world needs to stay relevant. HR professionals have not been taken seriously for a long time, definitely the courses offered by AIHR allow us to be relevant and have a place at the decision-making table.

I definitely questioned my knowledge of HR and the role I play in my department and the company as a whole. I wasn't aware of this information previously and I think that was the problem; It seems that none of us knew anything of what is shared in this course.

Overall, this provided insights into KPIs coming from a high-volume hiring role for which we didn't have company-defined KPIs. During this course, I was able to quantify my performance in this role over the past 6 months.

A very practical course with a touch of theory and academic rigor to support the concepts taught. The intern videos were engaging, and the wrap-up exercises and case studies were a great way to reinforce what was learned.

I felt like a lot of the material focused too much on the philosophy of HR analytics and not enough on how to calculate metrics and what metrics matter. I also felt that many of the questions on the quiz were not clear on what they were asking.

In general I liked the course. The platform is great and there are many useful tools. Lots of valuable information and the readings were also very helpful. I was hoping there would be more hands-on experience with Power BI, as this was the main reason I took the course. Everything in Excel was a review of the things I already do regularly in basic reports. I found some of the questions on the exam difficult in that the answer would depend on the situation and nature of your organization, your manager/director/VP, etc., rather than specific answers.

This is a comprehensive course that focuses broadly and deeply on the elements of DEIB. It provides relevant examples and case studies, as well as additional resources for participants. I think it could be improved by providing a downloadable course outline and transcripts of all modules. This course places a strong emphasis on the business case for diversity rather than social constructs.

The training is very logically structured and provides an opportunity to understand the big picture and implications of the HRBP role - it's like a mini MBA. It completely changed the perspective of my daily work, allowing me to be much more strategic than operational.

I found this experience enriching. I liked the choice of teachers and whenever I felt I needed more it was very easy to stop, go back and listen again. I liked the additional information and the videos, they helped me better understand the information presented. As a Power BI newbie, I found the instructions for the dashboard easy to follow and will be implementing them into our daily HR functions.

The course was a very informative self-study course allowing me to complete the course at my own pace on weekends and evenings. I liked the quizzes which kept me focused on the course and the reading material.

The content is very well structured. The instructors are highly experienced and can provide step-by-step guidance on how to implement your digital HR strategy.

I have completed 2 certification programs and the practical part of the HR Metrics and Dashboarding program was excellent. But still the note about updating the courses since we are at 22 (of course not everything changes over the years, but more timeliness in the examples) and better slides to really have something to investigate again. For me, the quality of the movie is really the weak point.

I'm super excited because this is my fourth certificate. All my learning paths were very interesting for me. I received a lot of useful information during my study sessions. My favorites have always been the Capston Projects

My experience was incredible, the speakers are really experts on the subject, well articulated and make learning a pleasure.

Very good content and complete with resources and additional material to complement. It's very self-directed, so you'll have to stick to your schedule. Good exercises in the use of the material. The tests at the end of each section were easy, but the final exam was a good review of all the material.

The information learned through the AIHR is useful, but the way the content is delivered is not conducive to my learning. The modules are long and contain several video lessons of approximately 20 minutes. Difficulty retaining information and learning from longer videos. I wish it was more interactive and the teacher's accent wasn't so heavy, it can be hard to understand the pronunciation.

I ended up signing up for full access as part of the Black Friday sale and signed up for some great courses after researching the syllabus beforehand. I just finished the HR Digital Transformation Course and I really enjoyed it. It's an informative mix of videos and additional reading that helped me mentally organize what I've already learned and experienced on the subject. I am looking forward to taking many courses in the coming months. I would also recommend the short YouTube and LinkedIn posts and live sessions I have attended so far. Overall a great experience so far that I can wholeheartedly recommend. And all the materials are also available on the AIHR app.

Innovative learning methods

Great experience. Mostly relevant to those with little to no HRBP experience, but anyone can benefit.

Learning has never been so easy! With AIHR, I was able to follow the learning path from anywhere: on my daily commute, while my kids were sleeping, or while I had time to study. I love hands-on tasks and real-world working examples!

It was good. Sometimes a bit too theoretical. I did not like the Mini MBA. It was very conceptual. I really liked the other 4.

Great tools and helpful resources.

The lessons are very interesting and easy to understand.

The program itself was good, with many reminders of knowledge already gained, as well as new ideas and perspectives. As a kinesthetic learner, I found it difficult at times, as the level of interaction required was minimal. Also, I work in higher education and I know from personal experience from my previous job that higher education is a whole different animal. Some of them were very difficult for me to relate to the environment. However, I believe that the course is also valid for other sectors of the economy.

The overall experience was very positive. I would recommend the program because it really helps structure information and knowledge for L&D professionals, while also providing lots of useful insights and useful templates and tools.

Useful training for my position. I liked the organization of the topics and the combination of different approaches. In my opinion it is a holistic training for a Learning & Development profile. Some of the themes were familiar to me, but when seen as part of the overall program it is a very useful and effective package.

The DEIB certificate was a great way to think about being inclusive in any role, not just as a DEIB specialist.

In general, a good experience. Lots of materials and tools were provided which were helpful. I feel like some of the content was information I could easily find through my own coaching and development research and exploration, but I learned from this course and feel I can easily incorporate what I learned into my role. I wish the videos were available for download so we could constantly access them, as the PDFs of the slides do not contain all the information the presenter shared in a video.

Self-paced online learning courses were never my first choice, as I get loose easily and find it difficult to fully absorb the content. At AIHR, however, this was not a challenge. The HR Dashboards and Metrics course is very well structured and packed with information, but is divided into several modules, each with videos, short articles, and exercises to keep you engaged. The content is crisp with relevant examples. All modules were helpful in developing an analytical mindset around HR metrics and processes. The Dashboarding in Excel tutorial was very helpful. I can highly recommend the course.

The DEIB course was very complete and full of information. The instructors were easy to follow. Training videos arrived just in time so you don't lose focus. The training included many research resources and templates for reference and use in your organization. I would recommend this training to my colleagues because the material is very practical.

attractive content. Some principles are not worked well - mentioned above as if there is already some prior knowledge. A lot of economic theory and jargon is thrown around without explanation. On the other hand, other teachers speak almost exclusively in first-person experiences and metaphors: they expect the student to draw their own conclusions without guidance. It is a valuable and well presented course, but could use some elaboration on the practical exercises and reference material.

The modules and videos are very helpful. It helps me better understand my role in my current project.

I think the overall experience was good. However, I found that the quizzes did not work in all modules and were useful for learning. I feel like some learning exercises were lost because of this. I also felt that some of the questions on the exam were very specific and difficult to remember, especially when you take the course for several months, you tend not to remember all the details and have to listen to an entire video again when you do. Don't download all the reference material along the way.

The AIHR L&D certification program has very good content. The video quality is very good, the approach and the tools provided can be beneficial for daily work. There is always room for improvement, so I would suggest having a few different case/scenario studies, as what I had in this L&D program is not very applicable to the IT industry I work in. However, some parts can be generalized and adapted to the needs of my company and our business model. I would recommend this program to anyone who works in L&D/TM/HR and has anything to do with people development, training interventions, and training design. I would also work more on L&D analysis and add some examples/exercises on how to do L&D analysis. Overall, I really liked this education and training program.
